The FLC-1 ulp2Δ/Δ isolate was selected from a casitone agar plate containing 128 μg/ml fluconazole (FLC) passaged two times (2X) non-selective (N/S) agar plates and its genome sequenced by Illumina technology. FLC-2, FLC-3 and FLC-4 ulp2Δ/Δ isolates were selected from a casitone agar plate containing 128 μg/ml fluconazole (FLC) and the genome was sequenced by Illumina technology.
