Setup for photographing potted pathology specimens. Specimens were placed on a turntable in front of black felt backdrop and imaged at 17-degree intervals (A). Images were inserted into PowerPoint and image backgrounds were removed using the remove background function (B). The slideshow was looped continuously to give the appearance of the specimen rotating.
