Figure 7. Binding site analysis of chitotriose (hetero-atom colors) to A.thaliana CERK1 structure (Blue; LysM Domain: Orange). Most probable chitotriose binding sites (100) produced using Attracting Cavities search through SwissDock, visualized using UCSF Chimera. Residue side chains hidden (A) or shown (B) to observe potential points of interaction. All putative binding orientations occur between β-sheet 1, 2 and ɑ-helix 1 or motifs 1, 2, and 4.
