Spinning disk confocal images of three-component GUVs assembled with equimolar amounts of asymmetrical saturated glycerophospholipid SDPC with either 20 mol% ergosterol or diplopterol. GUVs were labelled with -FAST DiI. Representative single z-plane images from full z-stacks were deposited due to file size constraints.
