Fifteen-year-old male baseball player with right capitellar OCD lesion. Panels A and B demonstrate sagittal and coronal computed tomography images of a chronic, Hefti 4 17mm (medial to lateral) x 15mm (anterior to posterior) x 5mm deep uncontained capitellar OCD lesion. Panels C and D demonstrate the large in situ cartilage flaps and fragments which were excised via a posterior anconeus-splitting arthrotomy. Panel E shows the reconstruction using an 18mm OCA plug harvested from a fresh distal lateral femoral condylar allograft (panel F).
