posted on 2011-12-31, 14:33 authored by Hua Wei, Mohamed Mokhtar Desouki, Shufei Lin, Dakai Xiao, Renty B Franklin, Pei FengOm each time point were separated by SDS-PAGE, and the MT 3 was detected by Western blot analysis (top panel) with rabbit anti-MT 3 antibody and β-actin was used as an internal control. The density of specific MT 3 signals was analyzed and data are shown on the lower panel. The experiment was repeated at least thrice.
