DDR64 Petri Dish Photos

Diversity disturbance relationships in bioreactor bacterial communities were studied as described in "Environmental fluctuations reshape an unexpected diversity-disturbance relationship in a microbial community" doi: https://doi.org/10.1101/2020.07.28.225987 For plating, 20 uL of the sample was used for a 10-fold serial dilution series, and 100 uL of diluted cultures at three concentrations (10E-4 (red label) 10E-5 (black label) or 10E-6 (blue label)) were plated on 18 mL Nutrient Broth Agar plates (3 g/L yeast extract, 5 g/L peptone, 15 g/L agar (Fisherbrand)), which were grown at room temperature for 48-60 h, then imaged on an on an Epsom Perfection 550 scanner. Six plates were imaged per scanner image.
