Comparison of non-standardized beta values for SNPs that were found to be significantly associated with hearing thresholds in young adults. X-axis represents the beta value found in the meta-GWAS, while the y-axis is the beta value (in dB HL) found in our study. Points in quadrants I and III represent SNPs that showed the same direction of effect for both HTs and ARHL.
