Circadian fluxes of critical cytokines in human saliva

Whole saliva samples were obtained from a healthy 35-years old male at 2 h intervals. Samples were assayed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Overnight data samples were extrapolated statistically. Circadian flux cosinor analyses were performed as previously described elsewhere. Some of the data presented in this figure (i.e., IL-6) were published elsewhere [] and are presented here for comparison purposes only.
