Peritoneal macrophages were stimulated for 4 hours with the indicated concentrations of PG-PS. Concentrations of TNF-α and IL-6 were determined in supernatants by ELISA. Each determination was done in duplicates. TNF-α production by peritoneal macrophages. Data represent means ± standard error of the mean from three independent experiments.
