Untreated Tbx4LE-rtTA/TetO-Cre/mTmG mouse lung was fixed with 10% neutral buffered formalin, paraffin embedded and stained with primary GFP primary and Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibodies. B. Tbx4LE-rtTA/TetO-Cre/mTmG mice were treated with doxycycline, and two days later subject to intratracheal bleomycin. Fourteen days after bleomycin instillation, lungs were fixed with 10% neutral buffered formalin, paraffin embedded and stained with rabbit monoclonal IgG primary and Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibodies serving as control for the immunofluorescence staining, image acquisition and processing. All fluorescence images are counterstained with DAPI (blue) and scale bars = 100 um.
