Anti-inflammation of isoliquiritigenin in LPS-stimulated MAC-T cells

Our data demonstrated that ISL down-regulated the LPS-induced inflammatory response in MAC-T cells. The anti-inflammatory activity of ISL involves the NF-κB and MAPK cascades.
