wn relative to their amount in unsubtracted cDNA library (black bars). The cDNA amount of the house-keeping gene α-tubulin was reduced about 18 fold by the subtraction procedure. In contrast, potentially immunity-related genes Et-AMP10 and eristalin were found to be 4 and 38 fold enriched in the subtracted cDNA library, respectively.
