Solated and analysed by TLC. Equal amounts of PC were loaded. The position of the different lipids is indicated. PE: phosphatidyl ethanolamine. PC: phosphatidylcholine. SM: sphingomyelin. Virus produced with wild type ABCB4 contains less SM.
