The expression of PD-1 was reduced in the 19-BB-ζ-C3aR CAR-T cells. The expression of PD-1 on T cell was determined by flow cytometry. The results showed that BB-ζ-C3aR CAR-T cells presented lower expression of PD-1 compared with mock T or BB-ζ CAR-T cells. *p ≤ 0.05.
