The genomic data (SIM_genotype.bed.gz, SIM_genotype.bim.gz
and SIM_genotype.fam.gz) and phenotypic data (SIM_phenotype.txt.gz and SIM_pedigree.txt.gz)
were simulated by the multiple-trait genomic simulation software GPOPSIM. Trait
A (h2=0.1) and trait B (h2=0.3) with high genetic correlation of 0.7 were
simulated, the population included 30000 individuals with 10 generations.
The Yorkshire data contains genomic data (pig.bed.gz, pig.bim.gz and pig.fam.gz) with
589 individuals used in the study and phenotypic data (pig_body_phenotype.txt.gz
and pig_body_pedigree.txt.gz) of 7 body measurement traits.
