This dataset contains anonymized data from a single-case experimental study (SCED) using an A-B-A design that investigated the impact of Cognitive Integrative Art Therapy (CIAT) on obsessive-compulsive symptoms and cognitive control mechanisms. The study included four participants diagnosed with OCD, who underwent assessments at three time points: Baseline (Week 1), Post-Intervention (Week 3), and Withdrawal Phase (Week 4).
The dataset includes:
Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale (Y-BOCS) scores at each time point, measuring OCD symptom severity.
Thought Control Ability Questionnaire (TCAQ) scores, assessing the participants' perceived ability to regulate intrusive thoughts.
Go/No-Go Task performance metrics, including accuracy (%) and reaction time (ms), measuring cognitive control and response inhibition.
