just adding the [timsconvert](https://github.com/gtluu/timsconvert) to the [tdf2mzml](https://github.com/mafreitas/tdf2mzml) mix, tried converting https://bioshare.bioinformatics.ucdavis.edu/bioshare/download/cts8a50sb36put8/26june24_hel200_100spd_OT_1ulirt_S2-H2_1_6370.d.zip using both converted files https://github.com/lazear/sage/issues/123
