The original cranial vault shape GWAS (n = 6772) was obtained from
Goovaerts, S. et al. Joint multi-ancestry and admixed GWAS reveals the complex genetics behind human cranial vault shape. Nat Commun 14, 7436 (2023).
FDR statistics were obtained by applying the conditional FDR method introduced in
Andreassen, O. A. et al. Improved Detection of Common Variants Associated with Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder Using Pleiotropy-Informed Conditional False Discovery Rate. PLOS Genetics 9, e1003455 (2013).
We used facial shape, brain shape, and heel bone mineral density GWAS summary statistics in the conditional FDR analysis. These data are available from
