The bS21-encoding phage genomes reconstructed from freshwater samples using metagenomes.

Note that all the genomes have been manually curated to fix any assembly errors and/or gaps using mapped reads. In case one error or a gap can't not be fixed, 10 Ns will be shown at the exact place.
