The Effect of Online Fitness Combining Dietary Intervention on Body Composition, Body Shame and Self-Esteem in Young Adults: A Randomized Controlled Trail
Obesity remains a global public health challenge affecting individuals across all age groups, including young adults. The rise of digital technology has facilitated the development of various web-based weight management programs, but few studies have examined their effects on mental health outcomes. Moreover, adherence to online interventions, particularly those combining dietary modifications and exercise, is often underexplored. This study addresses these gaps by implementing an 8-week web-based weight management program.
