This dataset supports the findings of the study “Climate benefits from China’s adherence to the Kigali Amendment.”

The file Raw_data.xlsx contains the data used to generate the figures presented in the main text of the paper.

The file TableS12-15.xlsx contains four sheets:

  1. HFC emissions (2000–2100) under Business-as-Usual (BAU) and Kigali Amendment (KA) scenarios, disaggregated by type and sector.
  2. Uncertainty ranges (5th to 95th percentiles) of HFC emissions under the BAU scenario.
  3. Global temperature rise projections driven by HFC emissions from BAU and KA scenarios.
  4. Quantified climate benefits of China's KA-aligned mitigation (in USD billion), including sector-specific estimates for agriculture, energy, sea level rise, and health.
