The approach uses gradual, rhythmic finger-based anal dilatation over months, avoiding radical procedures like Duhamel’s operation. Documented in 32 pediatric cases, this method demonstrated functional bowel improvement, excellent tolerance, and parent satisfaction. Ethical practices were followed throughout, including written informed parental consent and structured follow-up. This method differs from standard surgery by focusing on bowel retraining and adaptation through integrative pediatric care instead of anatomical resection. Funding

This research received no external funding. It was entirely self-funded by the author, Dr. Rajatsubhra Mukhopadhyay, out of personal interest and dedication to pediatric innovation. Though it may appear a waste of time, money, or even madness to some, it is driven purely by passion and love for helping children.
