Feeding habits of the testate amoebae species Nebela tincta and Hyalosphenia papilio, either observed under the microscope (OBS) or inferred using machine learning (ls).
For the sake of comparison between observed and inferred feeding habits, the feeding observations have been converted as link strengths and summed per type of prey. Link strengths for inferred feeding habits have been summed per type of prey.
