  • 100kb regions of the human genome selected for high or low transcription for use in Puffin-D and two .bed files listing their positions.
  • HPRT1, HPRT1R, and HPRT1RNoCpG regions used in Camellato et al., 2024.
  • Puffin-D Numpy outputs for all 100kb fastas.
  • By-chromosome fasta files containing 100kb chunks for the T2T forward and reverse genomes.
  • Gif showing the changing distribution of inter-cluster distances across varying read thresholds.
