<b>Replication Data for: How does FDI Affect Country Governance Quality</b><b>? New Evidence from Chinese Outward Foreign Direct Investment in Africa.</b>

<p dir="ltr">This study employs a system GMM model to analyze the impact of Chinese OFDI in Africa on the governance quality of African countries, as well as the underlying mechanisms, using data from Chinese direct investment in 54 African countries from 2014 to 2023 and the Worldwide Governance Indicators.</p>
