The name of the candidate gene, its identifier and description from DictyBase are shown, together with the rank (out of all D. discoideum gene knockout strains available in the Dicty Stock Center) at which the candidate was prioritized. Collage prioritized genes by fusing data sets from the fusion graph shown in Fig 2.
