This collection provides the experimental material associated to the publication "Susceptibility of brain atrophy to TRIB3 in Alzheimer’s disease, evidence from functional prioritization in imaging genetics", accepted for publication in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America (PNAS).
It contains 4 items:

- SNP_list_position.csv
This .csv file provides the list of SNPs analyzed in the work with associated chromosome and position.

- Selection_Probabilities.npy
This is a numpy list generated with Python2.7.
Each element of the list is associated to a PLS component. Each element is a list of 22 arrays, one per chromosome. Each array reports the selection probability associated to each genetic bin. The position (start-end) of each bin is reported in the file SNP_range.npy.

- SNP_range.npy
This is a numpy list generated with Python2.7.
The list contains 22 arrays associated to each chromosome. Each element of the array is a position for the genetic bins used in the analysis.

- genetic_component.npy
This is a numpy list generated with Python2.7.
It contains the 3 genetic components estimated through partial least squares. The dimension of each component is 1167117, corresponding to the number of SNPs analyzed in the study and listed in the file SNP_list_position.csv.
