LehrerThe peptides (1 mM) were studied in the following solvent systems: deuterated 10 mM phosphate buffer pD 7.4 (“DPB”); trifluoroethanol (TFE):DPB; or hexafluoroisopropanol (HFIP): DPB. Measurements were done and spectra were analyzed as described in the Methods. The peak area error for these estimates is ±4%.
