Reduced basipetal and acropetal auxin transport in 35S_pro::IAA15 transgenic lines.

Basipetal and acropetal movement of IAA in roots was examined by applying [³H]-IAA in seven-day-old seedlings, and measuring radioactivity. Data are presented as mean ± SEM from 10 plants. P values^a (control versus 35Spro::IAA15) and P values^b (−NPA versus +NPA) were obtained by Student‘s t test.
