The high significance of the square ratio indicates contribution of information distinct from the other predictors. The biomarkers with highly skewed distributions were Log-transformed (Square ratio, 25(OH)D, BNP, FGF-23). Square ratio = (1,25(OH)2D)2/PTH(1–84).
