Identification of histones in the FPLC peaks.
Datasets usually provide raw data for analysis. This raw data often comes in spreadsheet form, but can be any collection of data, on which analysis can be performed.
Column one is retention ml for each peak. Column two is experimental mass range in each peak, column three shows the assignment of histone, and column four is relative molecular weight (KDa) based on mobility in SDS-PAGE shown in Fig. 2B.
