Zebrafish 3D tracking software works in Matlab 2013.

The software is unsupported so please collaborate with a software specialist to update to current Matlab version. This will need to be done annually. Please see Deakin et al. 2019 below for set up.
Included are all files and the software code both indexed and formatted.
