• species_sample_coordinates.txt - all species coordinates after filtering steps as described in the manuscript
• training_data.txt - training data used for random forest species distribution models, details for each environmental variable are provided in supplemental dataset S6
• species_distribution_maps/ - directory containing species distribution maps (pngs) predicted for every species in study that met performance thresholds
• species_distribution_rasters/ - directory containing raster files representing the predicted geographic distributions of every species included in study that met performance thresholds
