WSI patches: Patch size 256x256

Folder : macenko

Description : Contains all the patches and its corresponding corner augmentations using Macenko method for color normalization. Files are named in sequential order according to the annotations in the WSI and the augmented ones have an additional _Cx.png added to the name, where x is one of the four corners.

Folder : mask

Description : Contains all the masks and its corresponding corner augmentations. Files are named in sequential order according to the annotations in the WSI and the augmented ones have an additional _Cx.png added to the name, where x is one of the four corners.

Folder : patches

Description : Contains all the original patches before normalization. Files are named in sequential order according to the annotations in the WSI and the augmented ones have an additional _Cx.png added to the name, where x is one of the four corners.
