<p dir="ltr">This dataset includes vegetation data, soil data (0–5 cm, 5–20 cm, 20–40 cm), and soil erosion resistance parameters obtained under different land preparation–afforestation treatments in the hilly-gully region of the Loess Plateau. The data were derived from field sampling and subsequent laboratory analyses. The dataset aims to support research on how land preparation–afforestation treatments influence soil erosion resistance and the mechanisms driving these effects.</p>
