<p dir="ltr">This repository contains the complete metabolomics dataset supporting the comprehensive biochemical characterization of extracellular nanovesicles derived from fresh American cockroach (F-ACNVs). Utilizing high-resolution LC-MS/MS in both positive and negative ion modes, this non-targeted metabolomic study identified and annotated over 1,200 metabolites, classifying them into a detailed hierarchical structure of superclasses, classes, and subclasses. The data reveal a rich cargo dominated by organic acids, lipids, and organoheterocyclic compounds, with functional pathway analysis highlighting enrichment in amino acid, lipid, and nucleotide metabolism. These findings provide a foundational resource for understanding the molecular composition and potential therapeutic mechanisms of insect-derived nanovesicles in tissue repair and regenerative medicine.</p>
