US COOP monthly data

This file contains US COOP monthly temperature records which we downloaded from NOAA NCDC's public ftp in 2011. It no longer seems to be available on the NOAA NCDC website, but we used this dataset for some of our research. So, I am uploading this 2011 version for the benefit of those trying to reproduce our results.
