Source data for the line plots of the main text and Extended Data figures of the paper "Two-dimensional Shiba lattices as a possible platform for crystalline topological superconductivity".

The repository contains the following python scripts:

Open_Fig2_ED3.py -- Opens and plots the source data for Figure 2 and Extended Data Figure 3. This script uses the topographies_**.png files to display the position of the measured points in the lattice grid.

Open_Fig3.py -- Opens and plots the source data for Figure 3. The distances corresponding to the rhombic and rectangular lattices are distinguished by different colours, and finally plotted together in terms of absolute distance from a reference site.

Open_Fig4.py -- Opens and plots the source data for Figure 4. This plots the three ribbon spectra presented in Figure 4 of the main text, and then the open boundary conditions spectra of panel 4j.

Open_ED1_ED2_ED5_ED6.py -- Opens and plots the source data for Extended Data Figures 1, 2, 5, 6.

Data files contained in the repository:

Note that each .txt file contains a brief description of the content at the beginning of the file. In addition, the meaning of each column and rows is explained. Each comment line is marked by a "#" at the beginning of the line, and the file can be uploaded by numpy.loadtxt("filename").

Data files for Figures 2, 3, 4 in the main text (only line plots):

data_Fig2_SPS.txt  -- Spectroscopic data of the 5 terminations (Figure 2).

data_Fig2_positions.txt -- Positions of the points considered in the spectroscopic measurements (Figure 2).

data_Fig3_rect.txt -- Ab initio Heisenberg coupling for the rectangular structure (Figure 3).

data_Fig3_rhomb.txt  -- Ab initio Heisenberg coupling for the rhombic structure (Figure 3).

data_Fig4b_ribbonA1.txt  -- Ribbon spectrum of the A1 termination (Figure 4).

data_Fig4c_ribbonA2.txt -- Ribbon spectrum of the A2 termination (Figure 4).

data_Fig4j_ribbonB1.txt -- Ribbon spectrum of the B1 termination (Figure 4).

    data_Fig4dupper_A3.txt  -- Spectrum of the A3 termination (Figure 4).

data_Fig4dlower_A3.txt -- Spectrum of the A3 termination with a larger size (Figure 4).

Extended data figure source data:

    data_ED1_a.txt    -- Extended Data Figure 1a.

    data_ED1_b.txt  -- Extended Data Figure 1b.

    data_ED2.txt -- Extended Data Figure 2.

    data_ED3.txt -- Extended Data Figure 3.

    data_ED5.txt -- Extended Data Figure 5.

    data_ED6_b.txt -- Extended Data Figure 6b.

    data_ED6_c.txt -- Extended Data Figure 6c.

Topographies of the five terminations considered in the paper:

topography_A1.png -- Topographic image of the lattice termination A1

topography_A2.png -- Topographic image of the lattice termination A2

topography_A3.png -- Topographic image of the lattice termination A3

topography_B1.png -- Topographic image of the lattice termination B1

topography_B2.png -- Topographic image of the lattice termination B2
