This dataset comprises the raw Illumina RNA sequencing data from Medicago sativa samples not treated with FPX (CK) for a period of 2 days. The data supports our study entitled 'Fipexide rapidly induces callus formation in M.sativa by regulating small auxin up-regulated RNA (SAUR) genes'. This investigation explores the transcriptional dynamics in M. sativa cells in response to FPX compared to traditional growth regulators, providing insights into the mechanisms underlying FPX-mediated callus formation.
