<p dir="ltr">This dataset comprises the raw Illumina RNA sequencing data from<i> Medicago sativa </i>samples not treated with FPX (CK) for a period of 2 days. The data supports our study entitled 'Fipexide rapidly induces callus formation in <i>M.sativa </i>by regulating small auxin up-regulated RNA (<i>SAUR</i>) genes'. This investigation explores the transcriptional dynamics in<i> M. sativa</i> cells in response to FPX compared to traditional growth regulators, providing insights into the mechanisms underlying FPX-mediated callus formation.</p>
