The ToI, Ver.-I (Trees of India, Version-I) includes data on 3708 tree species distributed across 35 states/union territories of India. The database is based on systematic review of 313 literature sources published from 1872-2022. The database follows the scientific nomenclature as per Plants of the World Online (2022). The database also includes 609 species endemic to India, and 347 species currently threatened as per IUCN (2022).
