(3) / N, where N = 16063, the total number of genes. The Y axis represents the sample id. Samples 1–8 (shown in red) are from class OV while 9–16 (shown in blue) are from class CNS. Only 8 samples from the CNS class were used for ease of comparison. Other samples gave similar results. For each sample, its Match scores / Nagainst all the other 7 samples within the class are shown. The Match scores of OV class are much more dispersed (to the left), compared with that of CNS class.
