<p dir="ltr">We examined thermal effects on mitochondrial function in deer mice (<i>Peromyscus maniculatus</i>). Mitochondrial respiration and ROS emission was measured at 37, 40, and 42°C using both permeabilized fibres and isolated mitochondria from the gastrocnemius muscle. See associated publication for additional details on data and experimental design.</p>
