Annotated R-NIMBLE script to fit our Bayesian multispecies models to the forest census data from Northern Argentina, and outputs derived from the model.

Descriptions of each file:

R-NIMBLE-BayesianMultispeciesModel.R: R-NIMBLE code for fitting the Bayesian multispecies model to the tree data from chronosequence permanent plots in Yungas (Argentina).

Powelletal-PosteriorEstimatesVitalRates.csv: Posterior estimates of the mean probability of survival, mean recruitment rates, and mean growth rates for 25 species in Northern Argentina. Estimates include mean, standad error, lower 95% credible intervals (‘lowqt_’), and upper 95% credible interval (‘uppqt_)

Powelletal-PosteriorCoefficientEstimates.csv: Posterior coefficient estimates obtained from our multispecies model.
