ERRATUM
Note that the year indicators in the `corpus_dates.pickle` files were incorrectly generated; they were corrected in the final figures published with the article, as well as the output analysis files like `docs-for-topics.txt` and `progress-in-topics.txt`.

A static version of the code that we used to generate the topic models is preserved here in the `code` directory. The latest version of that code, called `quick-topic`, is kept in a repository here:
