For centuries, humanity has accumulated knowledge about itself and the world, yet this process often encounters obstacles. Modern science, while proclaiming objectivity, demonstrates selectivity in accepting new data, especially if it does not fit into existing paradigms. This double standard hinders not only the reinterpretation of the past but also the recognition of groundbreaking discoveries in the present. Historical examples show that many key discoveries were made by "amateurs" outside academic circles, and their contributions were accepted more flexibly than today. In contrast to the past, the modern scientific environment often displays unjustified skepticism towards unique phenomena, demanding impossible "repeatability," as in the case of Batyr the elephant. This leads to prioritizing opinions over truth, and valuable testimonies are rejected due to technological or methodological limitations. For genuine progress, it is necessary to move away from dogmatism and bias, recognizing the value of amateur research, unique phenomena, and eyewitness accounts.
