Alignment maps the contents of a number of key manuscripts of the Histoire ancienne jusqu'à César, the earliest universal chronicle in French. The manuscripts are aligned to the paragraph division of the Histoire ancienne in Paris, Bibliothèque nationale de France, MS f. fr. 20125.
Alignment is an output of the ERC-funded project The Values of French Language and Literature in the European Middle Ages (TVOF) (EU Horizon 2020, grant agreement no. 670726), directed by Prof. Simon Gaunt (PI) and hosted by the Department of French, King's College London.
