Luo he has a large elderly population and faces the challenge of an ageing population. In this study, elderly people aged 60 years and above in Luo he City were selected as survey respondents, and convenience sampling was used to try to conduct the survey according to different ages, educational levels, incomes, and male/female ratios. It took one month to conduct an offline survey through offline face-to-face communication with 339 elderly people aged 60 and above in Luo he City (Yuan hui District, Zhao ling District, and Placebo District). The content of the questionnaire was clarified to the subjects prior to the survey and was dictated by the researcher with the consent of the subjects and their families to ensure that each question was filled in with full understanding of its meaning. At the end of the overall survey, the data were checked and 25 questionnaires that were not filled out according to the specifications or omitted were excluded, and a total of 314 valid questionnaires were recovered, with a validity rate of 93%.
