Test-retest Raw Data
This dataset is for a study quantifying the reproducibility of the apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) derived from EPI-DWI scans on a 1.5T MR-linac in head and neck cancer patients. The excel file contains all of the clinical data for 39 patients, including age, sex, disease site and sub-site, pathology, laterality, T stage, N stage, M stage, overall stage, HPV status, number of primary tumors and lymph nodes, radiation therapy dose and number of fractions, and whether they had concurrent chemotherapy. It also includes outcome data for the patients, including whether they had complete response at the conclusion of radiation therapy, the follow-up time, whether they had a recurrence at last follow-up, the type and date of recurrence, and vital status at last follow-up. Next, it includes tabluated mean and median ADC values and volumes for all primary tumors and lymph nodes evaluated in our study. Each lesion was imaged at two time points; the timing of the imaging time points relative to the start of radiation therapy is included as well. While this dataset was used for a test-retest study to quantify ADC reproducibility using only the ADC values, the published dataset includes all clinical data and patient outcomes.
Ethics approval for this study was obtained through a retrospective data collection protocol with a waiver of informed consent (University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center Institutional Review Board protocol number RCR03-0800).
