Our 107-bed children's hospital partnered with dermatologists from a quaternary care children's hospital to implement a teledermatology program for inpatient consultations. Using a "store-and-forward" platform, we implemented a secure, HIPAA-compliant workflow. This required multidisciplinary collaboration and comprehensive provider training. Over 13 months, 35 teledermatology consults were performed, resulting in a 90.3% rate of changing clinical management, with an average response time of 1.03 hours.
